Thank you for shopping with JoyFeel. We understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order only before it has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your

  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Reason for Cancellation

Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether the cancellation request can be accepted.

3. Cancellation by JoyFeel

JoyFeel reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.
  • Payment could not be verified.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.
  • Delivery location is not serviceable.
  • Any unforeseen technical or operational issue.

If an order is cancelled by JoyFeel after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is applicable since no payment has been collected.

5. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If eligible, customers may request a return or replacement according to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy after receiving the order.
